RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales at the official website: https://www.anihacpharma.com are final. However, in the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect or if you need an exchange due to some flavor issues, please contact us.

In case of following:
1. Receipt of damaged or defective items
2. You feel that the product received is not of same flavor
3. A missing product in a shipment containing multiple products

Please report the same to our Customer Service team within 24 hours of delivery and make sure an unpacking video is recorded for the same. The request will, however, be entertained once the team has checked and determined the same at their own end. You will receive an update within 10 business days while our team works alongside to solve your query. Once the request is approved, you will need to ship the product back to us and you will either receive a replacement product (if available in stock) or store credit.

At Anihac Pharma, we aim to provide a seamless experience worldwide.

Orders are processed within 0-2 working days. Please note, order are not shipped on weekends or holidays. During high volume periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or phone in case of significant delays.

ORDER AND DELIVERY

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once confirmed, your order will be processed.

Please provide a complete and accurate address to ensure successful delivery. We are not responsible for losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. While we strive to expedite delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by the courier company once items have been dispatched from our facility.

It will take minimum 2 Days & maximum 5 Days to deliver your product once it processed.
